Stephanie Venanzi
Stephanie Venanzi has performed quite a bit since graduating Nottingham High School. She has appeared in several Kelsey Theater shows on the Mercer County Community College campus: Chutney Windham in Legally Blonde, Judy in A Chorus Line, a member of the dance corps in The Wedding Singer, The Producers, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Fame. Simon of Le Gree in The King & I, and The Mute in The Fantasticks for which she was nominated for a Perry Award.
Other credits include: MCCC's Camp College dance, hip hop, and stomp programs and dance instructor at Downstage Center Dance Studio. Since she is a Hamilton resident, she has worked on many Hamilton Township school musicals. Choreography includes: Seussical at Hamilton West, South Pacific, Bye Bye Birdie, Grease, The King & I, Annie Get Your Gun, and Once On This Island Jr. at Crockett Middle School. Her most challenging show as a choreographer and first professional production was with Maurer Productions OnStage's Shrek at Kelsey Theater. Her choreography was recognized at the Kelsey Awards where she took home the award for Outstanding Choreography. Stephanie holds a BA from TCNJ specializing in Elementary Education, English and her days are spent at Nottingham High School as an English teacher, Band Front and Dance Team advisor. |
